Arrow^® EZ-IO^® Needle+Stabilizer Kit - 25 mm

The Arrow^® EZ-IO^® Needle Set is for vascular access anytime in which vascular access is difficult to obtain in emergent, urgent or medically necessary cases for up to 24 hours. For patients ≥ 12 years old, the device may be extended for up to 48 hours when alternate intravenous access is not availabe or readily established. Approved insertion sites for adults (≥ 22 years old) include the bilateral proximal humerus, bilateral proximal tibia, and bilateral distal tibia. Approved insertion sites for pediatrics (≤ 21 years old) include the bilateral proximal humerus, bilateral proximal tibia, bilateral distal tibia, and bilateral distal femur.

The EZ-Stabilizer^® Dressing is strongly recommended for use with all EZ-IO^® Needle insertions regardless of patient age, size, or insertion site location.

The EZ-IO^® Needle+Stabilizer Kit saves time by reducing the number of items clinicians have to carry and open.

Expiration is 06/30/2027.  There are five kits in each box.

Each kit includes:

• 15-gauge sterile 25 mm EZ-IO^® Needle
• EZ-Stabilizer^® Dressing
• EZ-Connect^® Extension Set
• NeedleVISE^® Sharps Block
• Pink patient wristband
• Kit has a 4-year shelf life and is not made with natural rubber latex
